2. Services Overview & Accommodation Partner Data Transmission

Khonsu provides digital trip planning tools, interactive travel guides ("Smart Guides"), and guest engagement technology.

Host Hotel Integrations: When you voluntarily submit your name, email address, reservation/confirmation details, or travel preferences ("Guest Data") to create, save, or export an itinerary associated with a specific partner hotel or accommodation provider ("Host Hotel"), you explicitly authorize Khonsu to transmit this Guest Data directly to the designated Host Hotel.

ii. Purpose of Transmission: This transmission enables the Host Hotel to prepare personalized pre-arrival services, concierge recommendations, custom amenities, and direct stay communications.

iii. Independent Relationship: Khonsu operates strictly as an independent technology platform. Khonsu is not an agent, employee, partner, or joint venturer of any Host Hotel. Once Guest Data is transmitted to a Host Hotel at your request, the Host Hotel’s handling of that data is governed independently by the Host Hotel’s privacy policy and terms. Khonsu is not responsible or liable for any acts, omissions, or communications of any Host Hotel.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Other than content you personally own and submit, Khonsu and/or its licensors own all intellectual property rights, trademarks, software code, visual interfaces, designs, graphics, and proprietary text contained within the Services.You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license strictly to view, create, save, and access materials contained on the Website for your personal, non-commercial travel planning purposes.
